The refundable reservation fee is €4,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee less the bank charges becomes non-refundable.

El Agua Suites Garden is ideal for those seeking an investment due to a guaranteed 8% rental income for 10 years along with an average yearly increase in housing prices of 32% according to latest statistics.
Purchasers may enjoy use of their property for a period of 30 days/year excluding peak seasons (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, and summer). Purchasers can only opt out from the rental scheme after the first 5 years and if the property were sold within such period the new purchaser must accept the rental conditions of the previous owner.
GUARANTEES AND SERVICES
- The developer provides certificates of foreign investment on property completion with which a buyer can resell thereafter at any time after paying a 0.5% tax.
